The Centre des Musées Nationaux has entrusted the Studio Adrien Gardère with Alimentation Générale and Le 3ème Pôle with the task of assisting the project owner in defining the scientific, cultural and economic project and the project for the promotion of French gastronomy.


This conservatory of gastronomy embraces the missions of conservation, transmission and contemporaneity and aims to celebrate and share French gastronomy with an international and French public. The museographic program, organized around the red thread of the table, outlines a multi-faceted visiting experience, in which the visitor observes, contemplates, explores, then becomes an actor, and learns, cooks and tastes.


In the heart of a historical monument whose façade was designed by Ange-Jacques Gabriel at the end of the 18th century, the Studio proposed an original program inviting visitors to change their vision of gastronomy, too often considered as an "exception" reserved for an elite.
