Kamel Mennour commissionned Studio Adrien Gardère to imagine an installation to enhance a 1:50 scale model of artist Huang Yong Ping‘s spectacular installation in the Nave of the Grand Palais de Paris in 2016.

This reduced version sees itself as a work of art in its own right and offers a global vision of the installation.

Studio Adrien Gardère imagined with his long-time multimedia partner on-situ, a virtual sky of Paris over the Grand Palais, a system of projection that recomposes the natural light conditions of a day playing with the aerial and glazed architecture of the Grand Palais and its simulated shadows over Huong Yong Ping’s model.

The whole installation, including the lightmapping, was bought at Art Basel by Hong-Kong Museum +.
