This exhibition presented the findings of the archaeological excavations carried out for 30 years in the Saint-Denis Royal Basilica.

Special attention was given to the subtle integration of the displays into the architecture of this sacred site, offering multiple layers of understanding between the featured objects and the monument.

Transparency and invisibility were the real challenges of the exhibition. By playing on a series of opaque or transparent glass slides, the scenography transforms the Apse Chapels, which are the main elements of the exhibition, into a genuine reliquary for the displayed objects.
